Results from a 75-question health and lifestyle survey and clinical measurements provide you with an individualized report, including recommendations for improving nutrition, body composition, and reducing risks for disease.

Cost is $45.00 and includes total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides, blood glucose, and blood pressure assessments.
