Erin Kennedy is
the director of the Center for Healthy Lifestyles at OSF St. Joseph
Medical Center. Erin graduated from Illinois State University with a
bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is pursuing her master’s
degree in Exercise Physiology. She has worked at OSF St. Joseph
since the year 2000, assisting businesses in the community with
their wellness programs through health fairs, health risk
assessments and wellness screenings. Erin’s areas of interest
include disease prevention, specifically obesity and heart disease.
She also works closely with the cardiologists at the hospital to
promote cardiology services throughout the community via business
presentations and special events. Erin has been published in various
magazines for her expertise in exercise, health and disease
management.
