As members of the OSF St. Joseph Medical Center
Foundation Council, we are dedicated to perpetuating the life-saving and
healing work of OSF St. Joseph Medical Center. Donor gifts to the Foundation
Council help the medical center continue providing health care excellence
to the sick, the poor, the injured, the aged and the dying.
Accomplishing
the Foundation's mission is possible only through the interest and generosity
of others. All gifts whether annual, planned, gifts in memory or
in honor of a person play an integral role in meeting the current and
future health care needs of our community. The positive effects of any
size donation to OSF St. Joseph are strong. On average, it takes the medical
center 20 service-earned dollars to equal the spending power of just one
charitable dollar. That's because 100 percent of charitable dollars are
used directly to fund construction of new facilities or renovation, or
to purchase new technology. In this way, a gift to the Foundation significantly
touches the lives of future generations by providing essential, lifesaving
equipment and services.
Foundation-funded projects
Over the past thirteen years, the Foundation has given more than $3.1 million
dollars to OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.
The projects your donations fund range in size and scope, but all are essential
to the medical center's mission. Some recent projects are:

Center

a former volunteer ($320)
