Finding Your Way Around - If you have any questions about how to get where you're going, please ask! OSF St. Joseph volunteers at our main receptions desks - or any employee - will be happy to provide directions or escort you to your destination.

Cafeteria

Our cafeteria is located on the lower level of the hospital and offers breakfast, lunch and diner. Hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday-Fridays. Weekend hours are 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. A variety of menu items are available at each meal.

Vending Machines

If you need to satisfy a late night hunger, vending machines are available 24-hours a day on the lower level in the cafeteria and in the Comprehensive Care Center waiting area on the second floor.

Visiting Hours

OSF St. Joseph Medical Center offers open visiting hours, so there are no restrictions on when you can visit your loved one. After 8:30 p.m., however, please enter and exit the hospital through the Emergency Department.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. We ask that visitors with colds and other illnesses refrain from visiting any patient care units. Visitors are limited to two or three at a time. One family member or significant other may remain with the patient at all times.

In addition, each patient room in the Comprehensive Care Center contains a sleeper sofa, desk, phone and a computer port.
