OSF Heyworth Family Medicine has procedure, laboratory, and X-ray capabilities. The site in Heyworth was chosen due to the proximity to Highway Routes 51 and 136, as well as, the local high school and residential subdivision Prairie Meadows.

Primary Care Providers

Elizabeth K. Cleveland, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, will staff the practice full-time. Elizabeth practiced at OSF Medical Group- Clinton and received her medical training from Mennonite College of Nursing at Illinois State University.

The practice will also include part-time physician Laura B. Clay, DO. Dr. Clay is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She earned her osteopathic medical degree from Des Moines University Medical Center, Des Moines, Iowa. Dr. Clay has additional medical experience as a family practice resident physician, recruitment director and co-chief resident at the University of Illinois, Peoria. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, and the American Medical Association.
