Experienced Staff

The staff at OSF Occupational Health includes a board certified occupational medicine physician and board certified physicians experienced in occupational health and musculoskeletal evaluations. The staff also consists of highly experienced occupational health nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation staff specializing in the treatment of work-related injuries.

Pre-Hire/Pre-Employment Screenings

The Industrial Rehabilitation staff at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center has more than 10 years experience in designing and utilizing pre-hire screenings for our local industries. Using our functional job analyses (FJA) process, we are able to develop screenings that are fair, accurate, and ADA compliant-all important features when looking for the best hiring choice for your business.

Post-Offer Screenings

Post-Offer Screening Examinations can be tailored to meet the needs of your business. Available services include laboratory and radiographic examinations, vision and hearing screens, immunizations, urine drug screen analysis, and pulmonary function testing.
