| Cinnamon Pear Halves
Ingredients:
2 pears
4 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
4 scoops frozen, lowfat yogurt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut
pears in half and core. Place skin side down in baking dish.
Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pears. Cover dish
with aluminum foil and bake just until pears are tender (about
30 minutes). Serve warm with a scoop of frozen yogurt. Makes
four servings. |
