Pumpkin ‘n Spice Trifle
Ingedients:
1 box Spice cake mix or Ginger cake mix.
- Prepare per directions
substituting equal amounts of applesauce for the oil called
for and substituting 2 egg whites for each whole egg called
for. Bake as per package directions. Cool.
1 package Fat-free and Sugar-free
Butterscotch pudding.
- Prepare as per package
directions using Skim milk.
1 can Pumpkin Pie filling
1 carton Fat-free Whipped Topping
Instructions:
Stir pudding and pie filling
together. In a Trifle bowl or clear glass bowl, crumble 1/3 of
the cake into bottom. Next, spoon 1/3 of the pudding mixture
over the top of the crumbled cake. Then add another layer using
1/3 whipped topping. Repeat these three layers. Serve chilled.
